How to Request an Exchange or Refund

email@example.com for full instructions regarding a refund or exchange of your order. Our customer service team will respond back within a few days to issue a RMA#.
Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted with an allocated RMA#.
Cost of shipping your item to our warehouse (for both refunds and exchanges) will be the responsibility of the customer. In the case of an exchange, we will then cover the re-shipping cost of your exchanged item back to you.
Kindly be advised that exchanges on sale items are subject to re-shipping fees (maximum $3 per pair).
Cost of shipping and re-shipping for international customers (ie customers outside of North America) will be the responsibility of the customer.
While you are waiting to hear back, you can start to prepare your return package.
Once your RMA# is issued, we will ask you to send us back the original product in its original package
It is important that the product is packaged neatly just as how it was received new.
Also include on a separate piece of paper:
Your first and last name
Your contact phone # and/or email
The following RMA number: XXXX
Once we receive your returned item, you will receive a confirmation email from our customer service team, along with an additional confirmation once your product has been exchanged or refunded.
